Cynthia acts in complex corporate disputes with an emphasis on insolvency, corporate governance, investigations and asset tracing, trade practices and professional negligence. Cynthia is also experienced in the conduct of a wide range of other litigious and insolvency matters.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Cynthia brings to Lipman Karas strong accounting and commercial acumen. Cynthia has extensive experience in negligence actions, particularly in the preparation and conduct of major proceedings involving directors and professional advisers.
